Guidance on ticket purchases
Ticket Bookings
Ticket bookings are separated into three distinct booking periods. Please ensure that you only purchase tickets during the period you are eligible for. Booking outside of your permitted period, or otherwise abusing the ticketing system, may result in administrative action and incur an admin fee before any refunds are processed.
All correctly purchased tickets are non-refundable. However, tickets may be transferred to another individual if you can no longer attend. Arranging any transfer is the responsibility of the original ticket holder. The Forsaken Lands Game Team will only intervene in cases of abuse or exploitation of the booking system.
Booking Closure
Bookings fully close after the Open Booking period ends. This allows the Game Team time to complete administration, finalise logistics, and prepare the event. No bookings will be accepted after bookings close.
Priority Booking
Priority Booking is reserved for returning attendees from the previous event. During this period, returning players may continue as their existing character within their previous nation, or create a new character in a nation with available space.
General Booking
General Booking allows anyone to book into nations with available spaces. Returning players may still continue their existing character if space remains available within their nation.
Open Booking
During Open Booking, any remaining tickets may be booked freely regardless of nation restrictions. However, players who choose to book into a nation that is already full during this period will not receive Priority Booking or General Booking access for the following event.
